Things' was written for Nick Jonas, that would be flattering

I'd be more embarrassed & upset than anything else if a song like this one was written about me for the whole public to hear.
I don't find it a hate song, but again...she needs to do this in private to save a lot of hurt feelings.

Some people think holding on is what makes you strong. I think it's letting go.
yes but theres more things about that song that he should be flattered about.

1. your hair
2. your eyes
3. your old levi's
4. when we kiss i'm hypnotized
5. you make me laugh
6. you make me cry but i guess thats both i'll have to buy
7. your hand in mine when we're intertwined everythings alright
8. you make me love you

Reasons why Nick Jonas is probably not flattered....

1. You're vain
2. Your games
3. You're insecure
4. You love me you like her (cheating ass)
5. You make me cry
6. Your friends they're jerks when you act like them just know it hurts (you change around your friends)

I dunno about you guys but I'd be upset rather than flattered if someone wrote a song based around the seven things they hated about me lol.

I was wondering the same thing. People are always like "Miley's a bitch for writing that about Nick" but, she kept saying over and over that she loved him. I would take that as a compliment.

RIP Brooke Bennett
Who shoved the exploding jellybean up your ass hole?

After all, in the end, she says "the 7 things I LIKE about you... and the seventh thing I LIKE the most that you do: YOU MAKE ME LOVE YOU."
The song is kind of about when you have a relationship with somebody and you have those little meaningless fights, but in the end you love each other.
I don't know if it was written for Nick, but even if it was, why would that be an insult to him? I'm not a Miley fan or a Miley hater, but I would say that - to a certain extent - that song is kind of flattering.
I'm not trying to offend Nick Jonas or anybody else. I'm asking everyone's honest opinion: If it was about him, would it truly be that bad?

I'm on my way...*
